I’m pleased to announce I’m now accepting pre-orders for Texas-Style Brisket for the 2023 Holidays! Orders DUE by midnight ET, Dec 15, 2023.

Here are the details:

1. Cost is $25 per pound of brisket.

2. Pre-order cost is $12.50 / lb. (Payable only online.)

3. Final $12.50 due at pickup. (Payable via Cash or Square: Apple Pay, Debit / Credit Card)

4. Please provide your name, cell phone and email at checkout.

5. I (Wes) will send you the pickup location in Matthews, NC, for either Dec 16, 17 or 18.

6. Brisket will be ready for eating / re-heating or freezing. (Freezer bag provided. Not pre-frozen!)

7. Re-heating instructions provided with each order!
